Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Customers may request a refund if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The order is canceled before dispatch

  • The product is not delivered within the expected time (in eligible cases)


2. Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds may not be provided if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer

  • The return request is made after the allowed return period

  • The product falls under non-returnable categories (e.g., personal care items, perishable goods)


3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be initiated

  • Customers will be notified via SMS/email regarding refund status


4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

  • The time taken to reflect in your account may depend on your payment provider


5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or wallet


6. Cancellation Refunds

      If an order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued

      • If canceled after shipping, return policy terms will apply


      7. Failed Transactions

      • If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 3–5 business days
